A straightforward setup, a low 15% commission, and a local team that handles the guests and the calls, so the cottage earns its keep without becoming a second job.
- Free cottage assessmentA call or site visit. We look at the cottage, comparable rentals nearby and what your township requires.
- Licence and setupWe help you prepare the licence application, then set up the house guide, guest access and your listing.
- Your listing goes liveOn your own Airbnb account, with us added as co-host. You keep the listing and its reviews.
- We run it day to dayPricing, guests, cleaner scheduling, issues and neighbours, with a clear statement each month.
What we do, and what stays with you
We handle
- Listing setup, copy and nightly pricing
- Guest screening and every guest message
- Township Code of Conduct sent and signed for each booking
- Local response to guest, neighbour and by-law calls
- Scheduling and coordinating local cleaners between stays
- Maintenance and repair coordination with local trades
- Damage documentation and Airbnb claims
- A monthly owner statement
We coordinate cleaners and maintenance; the cleaning, linen and repair work itself is paid separately, not part of the 15%.
You keep
- Your Airbnb listing and its reviews
- Your licence, in your name
- Your own weeks at the cottage, blocked whenever you like
- Final say on house rules, pets and occupancy
- The freedom to cancel anytime, with no setup fees
Why a 15% commission works
Industry guides put full-service cottage management at 20–35% of rental revenue. We keep our fee lower by running a lean, local operation and by keeping your listing on your own Airbnb account rather than rebuilding it on a booking site of our own.
Professional photography isn't part of the package. If you already have good photos we'll use them; if not, we can recommend a local photographer.
